Before purchasing a cowhide rug, leather jacket, or furniture piece, please ensure you fully understand the nature of these products.

Cowhide and leather are natural materials and may show signs of wear over time. Each hide is unique, and the lifespan depends on usage and care. While our hides resist dirt and marks better than many fabrics, they may naturally age with time.

Cowhide is a natural product and therefore not always flawless. Small scars, repaired areas, variations in texture, or differences in hair thickness or color tone are all normal characteristics and do not detract from the beauty of each piece.

We take great care in handpicking every hide to ensure the best overall quality. However, we are unable to accept returns for natural variations in the cowhides selected for you.

We aim to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions and will highlight any significant marks we consider beyond normal. Cowhides cannot be replicated or perfectly matched, and some may contain brand marks or carefully repaired sections.

We are not responsible for product damage or claims made outside of the stated time frames. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please allow 3–4 business days for order processing and tracking information. As international payments take time to clear into our company account, shipping will be initiated once funds are confirmed.

We offer worldwide shipping through FedEx or UPS.

We value your privacy. Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. All data collected on this website is used internally for order processing, service improvement, and product updates if you subscribe to our newsletter.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from FS Artistry. If your item arrives damaged or is not as described, we offer refunds or replacements in accordance with the following policy:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or phone (see contact details).

  • Return the item unused, in original packaging (unless damaged) within 14 days.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure goods are securely packaged.

If a return is made after delivery, a 40% restocking fee (depending on item) will apply to cover costs. Refunds will exclude initial delivery fees and be processed via the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Returns made after 14 days of receipt, or without prior notification within 7 days.

  • Custom-made or personalized items, including those made with your supplied materials.
